Yeah because the majority of the investment will disappear into a black hole, and no infrastructure of real note would ever be built let alone deployed. It's a very old scheme used by financial fraudsters basically.

That part 〽️. Those people I shall not name are not experienced enough to realize these fantastical phantom "deals" never pencil out financially or engineering-wise. E.g. drilling the bottom of the Arctic Ocean for oil. You don't have to be mad about the enviro impact, it doesn't work financially.
