2010 was R+10-ish. I don't think this will come to pass but it could easily be spiritually correct

Es raro, sí, porque tienes que haber estado en el senado de forma discontinua, lo cual no es muy común. También hay senadores que vuelven específicamente a por el escaño que tenían antes, más de los que te imaginas

I was trying to find out if anyone has held both of a state's seats because Sherrod Brown is running for Senate next year, and he'll be trying to win the seat that's never been his. I wanted to see what the precedent for this was. Was only able to find Humphrey and Goldwater as modern examples

Each state has two senators whose regular elections can never line up. Since a Senate term is 6 years long and Senate elections take place every 2 years, you need three classes of Senate seats depending on when they are up. So, for instance, Bernie Sanders holds a Class 1 seat, and Welch is Class 3

like there's only two real options: she's pro-lynching or she wrote a pro-lynching story without realising that it's pro-lynching. both reflect poorly on her skills as an activist of criminal justice reform

you have to twist yourself into a pretzel to come to believe anything else. there's a difference between being able to find worth in a story on a personal level and claiming that it's actually righteous and good

she wrote a short story where lynching is a non-punitive alternative to the current justice system. she explains in a further paragraph that she came up with this world by imagining a society where punishment isn't key to society. she does not believe this (lynching) to be a punishment

If I prefer Deepseek because the web app is free, does that just make it the stingy bitch option? lol
