Feel like showing off my dish tonight. It is a simple sweet peppers purple Onion, assortment of cherry tomatoes mushrooms, rice, turmeric, garlic, pepper and honey with steak. I allowed the steak to marinate for a A couple of hours in the honey and garlic pepper came out sweet and tender & delicious
