Gnarly. The stuff I have been buying is Laroche-Posay but I’ve also bought Japanese stuff in the past; I think anything that’s not limited to the avobenzone crap used here in the US would be grand.

Bluesky is leaning super hard into brand safety moderation. Look at all the extremely anodyne stuff they’re hiding under this Kaine post.

I was gobsmacked to hear him invoke Stockdale as the kind of General they want to go back to. The two of them couldn’t have a more different outlook on what it means to be strong and a man. Can you imagine Hegseth giving this lecture?

Look at the lecture Stockdale gave a bunch of marines in 95, particularly the conclusion, and tell me you think he’d even share a room with this clown. Those first three bullet points are the anthesis of this entire administration. The last are Hegseth’s polar opposite.

They can’t stand their own kids so they will do anything to keep them in school… subject to their aesthetics. You really want them back in school that bad? Shave their head. It’s what we did when it went around my oldest’s preschool. Pretty easy to lice-comb 1/8th inch long hair.
