I hate to be the spelling police...but you totally spelled "timeline beautification" incorrectly.

now look up top under the blue butterfly and you'll see the red push pin...that's where your pinned things will be kept. Just know that it has been taking a few minutes to a few hours for things to show up under the pin because of the influx of new users.
