PPB has Foster blocked and closed down from about 54th to 60th. A person was shot around 5:30am. We heard the shots from our house about 15 blocks away.

No vehicles appeared to leave the courthouse during the morning and early afternoon. A lone counterprotester from Seattle, named Von Edlund, held a sign that read "100,000 deported, 11 million to go," and asked onlookers to take a picture of him with his phone. "I'm a Democrat, but I'm also an American, and I'm really tired of us getting overrun by all these foreigners," Edlund said. "Trump's doing the right thing, and as much as I dislike him... this should have been done years ago."

Anyone heard anything about this? Literally just posted on Reddit. I was fairly skeptical but the account is 6 years old and regularly posts in local subs.
Panicked call from family at the Sheridan Prison Camp warning of a violent riot. What can I even do? I just got an extremely panicked call from family being held at the Prison Camp over in Sheridan and was asked to call 911. It's very unusual for there to be riots there because it's below minimum security - so mostly white-collar non-violent criminals and older guys. He's a level-headed guy that has been there years, and I've never gotten a call like this. He was very scared and was only able to talk briefly before hanging up. We've already called the cops (local and state), but I'm unsure what I should be doing (or even can do) in this situation locally. Apparently following federal funding cuts some guards decided to start "extorting" the inmates, which he says is what is leading to the riot. They also cut visitation times to once a month - again they say because of funding cuts. I'm worried not only for his safety in a riot, but also what the guards might do. Does anybody here have any experience with the local federal prison? Is there anything I can do?
