Great read, thank you! Rang very true.

Can I add five words? "The rich are the richest they have ever been, and they seem mostly to be focused on … keeping their money." AND TAKING MORE OF OURS!

...and what did the cats say back?

...and sometimes acupuncture. If they start making biscuits.

It's very catlike that Mr. Do-Not-Touch-Me positions himself so you almost CAN'T not touch him. His day probably isn't complete unless he whaps a customer or two.

Shameful how this White House keeps yelling "TRAITOR!" and "SEDITION!" at others...when they're the ones betraying us in real time.

GOP Reps are about to inflict big-time pain on their constituents with the big bad bill, and they know it. I think they want to cash in and check out before the shite hits the fan.

Guessing most are in too deep to start doing the right thing now.

Yes, but what were the separate things?

Mon dieu!

GOP is also fine treating the American people like garbage. Every day.
November 24, 2025 at 5:40 PM
Pretty rich that GOP House members feel the White House has treated them like "garbage."

Just like they--in cahoots with the WH--have treated the American people.

But I doubt they have the self-awareness to see it that way.

GOP members knew who he was after the first term but gave him their power anyway. What did they think would happen?

Instead of whining & quitting, why not take it back? Find common ground with Democrats (gasp!) & do right by the country for a change.

It's a given.

How about they receive the average U.S. salary, average health plan (and funding split) and average beneft package? And limit dark donors. Give them a reason to work for the people instead of becoming elites.

What's GOP's mood in DC this week? Is Trump making them nervous at all?
November 23, 2025 at 2:21 AM
Where else besides Congress do you get a pension after 5 years of employment? What a grift!

Former Jersey girl here...my thoughts exactly.

I was going to suggest "Little League pitcher"...but that would be an insult to Little Leaguers.
November 21, 2025 at 3:36 PM
GOP is openly looting our tax dollars now. They're seeking million dollar settlements for Trump, Flynn, the 8 senators, Argentinian investors....the list goes on.

There's $$$ for everyone but American taxpayers.

The grift is so blatant, even House MAGA says tone it down!

My guess is that Team Trump took a pass at purging his name from the Epstein files. But the files are supposedly huge and his team is notoriously sloppy (they keep losing in court).

So, maybe Trump reluctant to release them in case they missed something incriminating? Just guessing here.
November 18, 2025 at 7:53 PM
Great read! I'm wondering if Trump assumed Alex Acosta purged his name from the files when arranging Epstein's plea deal, only to learn this year that he had not. Hence his turnaround.

And though the files are now purged, he may be afraid his Keystone Cops of a DOJ missed some damaging stuff.
