Internet pencil expert here. The tip of the pencil can be glued back on using the correct glue (super) and the pencil can be used as before.

I never had the urge to kidnap a fuckton of people in all the time I drove a bus. 99% of the time is spent hoping people get off so you don't have to stop so much. But... been a long while since I drove a bus. Maybe things have changed?

Interested in the mechanics of a player getting benched. Does a coach shout "You're benched!" or do they get pulled a watch play after play without them and take a hint? Are the now losing money by not being on the field or do they still earn doing nothing?
