A Form D Offering of Securities filed June 12 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Westwin founder and Chief Executive Officer KaLeigh Long shows Westwin has raised $550,000 toward its $125 million goal and has four investors. It broke off in an unexpected wind storm last March.

This happened after company representatives assured everyone they were totally prepared for the wind storm season Southwest Oklahoma has every year.
