Yeah that wasn't a bad rant. And when it comes to Isekai anime, I prefer the classics, like the first two Isekai shows: Aura Battler Dunbine, and Dungeons and Dragons, and of course from the early 90s, NG Knights Lamune and 40, a very earnest Isekai show for the time.

Exactly, that would look classy, a big wooden Hawaiian longboard. I don't think a 1980s Town and Country surfboard would look good in there.

Agreed, I think he should have been like an even more super powered Cherry- A cherry that's even more annoying and also radiates life-threatening bad luck, so he's as hilarious as he is frightening. And he should only be a dirty old man to female ranma.
