@rustywx.bsky.social can you explain how the cold weather advisory/warnings are applied now? Noticed that out west some places like McCook, North Platte, etc have "warmer" feels like temps tomorrow morning than LNK, yet are in a warning while Lincoln is in an advisory.

@rustywx.bsky.social question - why is snow depth on some of these models so different from the snow accumulation forecast, especially considering we have no snow currently on the ground?
For example 18z NAM run has LNK getting ~4.4", yet snow depth showing as 6.2"
