If the healthcare insurers are for profit, then the market must be regulated. As in Switzerland.

Private (for profit) insurance is great as long as you have colds only. But not when your treatment is 7-digit.

I'm not sure. In the EU, healthcare is probably more regulated than in the US. And still much better for an average citizen.
