Honestly? As the DM, I just told them that was how our games would end at session zero. People are free to bounce if they feel they don't need it/have somewhere to be etc etc, but my priority is always making sure my players have SOMEONE to talk and process their feelings with after the fact.

Unironically, as a Dm I'll run "aftercare" for my table. It's part if the deal. We wind down, I give everyone a chance to say what they liked or didn't about the session, give everyone a chance to voice how they felt about their interactions and roleplay, etc etc. Its great!
