Spring is gloriously magical this year.

So, paska citrus rolls turned out beautifully (thanks @wheredoeseli.bsky.social for your help!). They're filled with lemon curd, which is very tasty, but next time I think I'll try a sweet citrus butter.

Then I had another thought this morning... could I make paska focaccia???

Oh no!! @csecooney.bsky.social I am supposed to be sewing a dress this evening! And I have to work tomorrow! What a terrible choice is before me!
