One of our lovely London Marathon 2026 runners, Shelley, is a saddler and leatherworker in the TV and film industry.

To fundraise for her London Marathon place, she is hosting a series of workshops across Wales where you can learn to make your very own medieval leather drinking flask.

Today, the UK Government have implemented new rules which block the police from requesting counselling notes during rape and sexual assault investigations.

Welsh Women's Aid have campaigned against these violations and we are pleased to see the change.

The STAR Prevention facilitator training course is aimed at practitioners who work with Children and Young People. On completing the facilitator training, learners will be able to deliver Prevention sessions directly to children and young people and engage in discussions around the topics included.
