It's imperative that everyone reads Jasmine's article about her two hellish weeks in ICE detainment. The absolute cruelty IS the point - all of it ostensibly done for 'US safety'' but in reality, to make private prison CEO's rich while treating hundreds of thousands of people like vermin.
