I suspect this has happened to me. The patch eventually landed but it took what felt like human intervention by the contributor to get it there.

Unfortunately no, sorry. It's admittedly fairly minimal and mostly just follows the setup wizard guide. The Dangling Snapshots feature was nice to discover and I suspect will catch a renamed test eventually.
