Maybe my NHS trust had got their shit together. I’ve had the best care for breast cancer this year. Diagnosis to all clear in less than 6 months. Appts with various clinicians - surgeons, oncologists, radiographers, physio, specialist nurse and scar therapists! Can’t praise them highly enough.

Everything seems set up to suck money out of those who don't have much and funnel it up to those who already have plenty. A few get even richer and the majority struggle. And nobody does anything about it. Energy prices. Water rates. Phone contracts. Etc.
