I’m very open about this. I’m in OA, in recovery from an eating disorder that is trying to destroy my life.
On 12 Dec last year, I relapsed after 12 years of abstinence.
On 13 Dec last year, I told my sponsor, told my home group, told my partner and friends and got back on the wagon.

Teen is an amazing kid and we talk daily but they tell me nothing.
I know they are in chorus in their Christmas show. I did not know they are also dancing and performing.
I did *not* know they are a monkey.
I can’t stop looking at the pictures and I can’t WAIT to see the show.

There’s a new dog in Darcy’s Wednesday walking group and Darcy loves her. It’s like when your kid makes a nice new friend and you feel really good about it.
The dog at the back is probably Darcy’s brother. He’s the same age and he was bought from the same area.

The one thing this country needs, in my opinion, is a return to community-focused politics. Laws that help the many, institutions that support people who need help. Socialism, basically. They had a pre-made voter base and they’ve botched it so badly.
