We’re live on Bluesky!
Kicking things off by celebrating something special...

It’s Waythrough’s 1st anniversary! 🎂

To celebrate a full year since Waythrough launched following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, we’re reflecting on what we’ve achieved this year and what comes next.
Aquarius and Waythrough are merging. Together, we will be even better equipped to meet the needs of the people we support. Your local services will continue to operate as usual.

We think this is such a special way to help people. 💚

Ben West created Reasons To Stay to help people who are struggling with their mental health in memory of his late brother, Sam.

We think this website is definitely worth a visit and important to share. 🌐

Social interaction is a great way to take your mind off things during the dark and cold winter nights.

Spend time with people you care about and try new activities.

Make sure you’re still attending your normal support groups, you’ll feel better for it.

Shorter days with dark evenings can affect your mental health. While the longer days are slowly approaching, it’s a good idea to make small efforts to improve your wellbeing. 😊

Start by making your personal space cosy at night.

Relax for a good nights sleep so you feel refreshed for the morning. 💤

During short days, it becomes too easy to find entertainment on a screen.📱
Social media is a great way to connect, but try to find other means of entertainment and avoid idolising other people’s lives on social media.
You can turn off or limit your notifications and enjoy time with your loved ones.💚

The darker nights can make it feel difficult to keep up your usual routine.

Keep in touch with people you care about, but remember it’s okay to say no sometimes, too.

It’s also a good idea to keep going to your regular support groups. 💚
