Call around to multiple UPS stores in your area and ask about printing costs for single-sided black and white. Some stores have great deals ($0.08 per sheet!), others not so much ($0.30 per).

One of our amazing volunteers had the idea to print double-sided and get two zines from one sheet of paper. More cutting, less folding, same great content.
