Republicans are raising health insurance prices for everyone to pay for their billionaire tax breaks.

George sees it firsthand at his company, and understands that pain is coming.

The healthcare crisis is like Jenga: if you pull out affordable coverage, the entire system crashes down.

That's what Republicans are steering us toward. We must extend ACA tax credits NOW.

Small businesses personalize service to locals and give friends and neighbors a sense of community we sorely need. On Small Business Saturday and every day, I'll always back local entrepreneurs.

During Native American Heritage Month, we recognize the rich traditions, histories, and cultures of our tribes.

I am so proud to represent the Seminole and Miccosukee tribes in Congress, and will always stand with them.

Republicans say Health Savings Accounts will fix soaring costs, but they carry high fees and mostly benefit the wealthy who can afford them.

We need affordable quality healthcare for working Americans, not just the ultra-rich the GOP always looks after.

I wish everyone a healthy, safe and meaningful Thanksgiving and a little more love and kindness in everyone's life.

I am so thankful for the chance to serve and fight for my South Florida neighbors in Congress.

The work done at Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward County is critical to supporting Holocaust survivors and other families who struggle with food insecurity.

I was proud to join their holiday food distribution, and will always support their service to our community.

Stephanie's premiums will soar, so she may go without healthcare coverage altogether.

I'm fighting non-stop with Democrats to ensure all our friends and neighbors have access to quality, affordable healthcare.

I take promises to our veterans seriously. That's why I fought for full funding for the Toxic Exposure Fund to give them the care they earned.

While Republicans stripped those funds from their spending bill, I won’t stop fighting for our veterans.

I’m grateful the Epstein Files Transparency Act passed overwhelmingly, but we must do more.

My bill would prevent shady, secret plea deals like Epstein got. Victims deserve protection, and our job is to ensure loopholes don’t let criminals escape accountability.

For the past century, Hollywood, Florida has become known for its beautiful beaches, historic Broadwalk, scenic waterways, and unique blend of natural beauty and urban vitality.

Happy 100 years to Hollywood and all its residents!

This week, I took to the House Floor to honor the life of an incredible cancer community advocate and friend, Lainie Jones.

I hope her story and spirit continue to inspire others across the country. May her memory be for a blessing.

Angelo's health insurance premiums will double, despite having the same salary and health plan he's had for years.

That's unacceptable. Republicans need to come to the table to negotiate a real plan to make healthcare affordable.

As a healthcare worker and patient, Saskia knows the devastating impact of losing access to quality healthcare.

We must negotiate a plan to make it affordable for everyone.

Instead of lowering healthcare costs for working Americans, Republicans steered your taxpayer money into the bank accounts of 8 rich GOP senators.

Taxpayer money must never fund shady payouts to co-conspirators.
November 20, 2025 at 4:19 PM
The Republican spending law guarantees two things:

- Life gets more expensive for working Americans
- Wealthy GOP senators will get millions in shady payouts

That's unacceptable. Democrats work for our families, not just the ultra-rich.

Epstein's victims were never notified about his sweetheart plea agreement. Transparency was a problem from the start.

My bill would ensure that kind of shady deal never happens again and any future victims get the justice they deserve.
November 18, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Dragging out the release of the Epstein files only hurts the survivors.

Releasing them gives victims a measure of justice and provides transparency to the American people.

Eliminating vaccine protections opens the door to disease outbreaks and preventable deaths.

We need safe medicines, not wild conspiracies to keep us safe.
