The crew at Midwest Buddhist Temple assembled and delivered over 400 sandwiches to unhoused neighbours in Chicago today. They also dropped off plastic mats for bedding that the temple's Women's Association wove.

Actions always reveal the truth. A person can say all the right things, but if their actions make you feel small, ignored, or unwanted, those words mean nothing. Real care is shown, not just spoken.
