Twin Cities Suburbs He/Him
The branch that does the most to directly keep us safe also gets treated the worst. We've got to free the Coast Guard from DHS.

Made more sense in my head. Other aircraft don't seem to have issues with engines falling off, is that just good maintenance and luck or is there a difference in engineering that helps prevent the engines from falling off?

If A320/737 pylons could fail like that wouldn't we see engines fall off pretty regularly? Is there a significant difference with how a DC10/MD11 engine is attached that makes them more prone to failure?

Are the engine pylons a different design than what Airbus/Boeing use?

Facebook comments under the announcement on MT's page, sooo very untrustworthy. But there's nothing about staff in the statement. www.facebook.com/share/p/1FoQ...

Are the rumors that they are laying off everyone a week before thanksgiving true? At least N-Possible exists now so there's another good coupler option.

I wonder if tallgrass prairies were creepy. Endless seas of 2m tall grass, plenty of places for monsters to hide.

The twin cities, especially the suburbs, being pretty YIMBY has helped shield our area from the worst of it, but rent is still way too high!

Zillow has the floor plan in higher resolution, so I can confirm that the master bedroom is bigger than my entire suburban one-bedroom apartment.

Thanks! Camping 5 minutes from the ore dock paid off.

Oh hey that's the same ship I saw in Marquette, but on the southern side of the ore dock where it isn't hidden by shadows. Best shot I got was at night:
In Marquette I was able to capture the to Presque Isle breakwater light at work, helping keep the MV Joseph L Block safe as it departs with a load of iron ore (5/44)

A transloading company that I've seen receive coil cars says they have a 25 ton overhead crane on their website, I'm guessing an industry directly receiving coil cars would do the same.

Huh, that's probably why we haven't seen any Hollywood-types show up in the emails yet, even the creepy ones have cooler parties to go to.
