Committed to moving more in the 2nd half of 2025 and November was my 4th straight month of 10,000 steps a day, every day. Looking to continue this streak into December & 2026 even though winter is starting to grab hold of Greater Toronto. Looking forward to April already! Spring! Blue Jays baseball!
