Update..late August I started Slimming World. So far ive lost 1.5st. My goal is 14st. I started this jounery at 18.5st.
Weight is one of those topics I get very emotional about as I have NEVER been small. I emotionally eat which is part of my EUPD & its hard.
And I also joined a gym! 😃

Update..late August I started Slimming World. So far ive lost 1.5st. My goal is 14st. I started this jounery at 18.5st.

I purposefully left off my profile that I am physically disabled, I suffer with pain everyday that has to be controlled by medication, some days I need mobility aids. I also left off my profile that I suffer with EUPD, GAD and I have HFAustism so yes, traveling like this is my version of hell.
Today is my version of travel hell.
I have to catch a bus, then a train and then an uber.
I hate not having my car.
