He sounds upset that he had to cancel his plans to move to Texas because the 100% tariff, that's totally a real thing, would have made him broke and only worth a few mil.

My county (Bradford county, PA) was pushing hard against retention to the point that a local judge got worried he was going to lose his seat. In the end it's less than 10% difference between yes/no. Not something I would have expected here.

Real friends or just "friends" who like his influence and connections? Because they might have a hard time finding enough of the first group.

Just going to keep being more and more sad as he fights up to the Supreme Court against it. It could be a week before this happens.

Sooo many people who support him are going to see that very first 'vote' and vote for whoever is in that spot.

He asked one of his friends to reach out to you as well, and they are the kind of friend that says 'sure'.

Only for them to realize you had blocked them a number of years ago for the same reason.

Issue is that the NG is full of people with jobs. It screws up their entire lives when they are called up. And if it's for months they could lose their jobs (and the 'you can't lose your job' thing isn't 100% what people think it is).

Then the state also has to pay for all of that.

ooo So this is why he realized his campaign wasn't going to go anywhere. It wasn't the getting on his knees for Trump, or all the bribes, he was like 'well everyone will forgive me for that stuff, but having an affair and then hiring her might be a little too much'.

I'm not going to say I agree, but the 'shooting someone over a girl' one seems to make a lot of sense. And as hot as Jodi Foster was I could see him losing his mind just enough (if he was already unstable) to be like 'I know... if I shoot Reagan she's going to have to love me'.

There is no viable mass transit in my area. We have shuttle busses that if you wanted to use them you have to assume your entire day is taken up because there is one trip out of town and one trip back. Rural areas need something better than that.

Blue cities in mostly red states where the governors will willing hand over control so that it's harder for the deployments to be challenged.

Sadly what I think will actually happen is that Dems will get the house, senate, white house and be like 'ok we are in charge now! we have to be friendly to the republicans and pretend the last 4 years weren't crazy destructive and just act like everything is normal. It won't be good.

A copy of the pocket constitution would probably be enough. He looks like he's built with cardboard and straws.

"This comes after the Governor called a special session..."

Letter created by the current DOJ or by the previous DOJ?
