One note, I've made this twice with 3.5 tsp McCormick pumpkin pie spice and a heavy pinch (1/8 tsp?) of cloves. I really just want to use up this thing of spice, I think the spices as written sound good. Also this is one can of puree by weight, the volume will throw you off.
