This is what I used to do before my Estradiol kicked if I was having a hot flash...I used to buy regular kitchen sponges...wet them(don't wring them out) put them individually in ziplock bags and throw them in the freezer. So whenever I felt one coming one, get the zip lock bag

It will. You're going to feel like a brand new woman.😁 After I had my hysterectomy when I was 38 I was taking estradiol. I'm 47 and I haven't had my prescription filled in about a month. (Trying to see something). No hot flashes. 😁😁
