I will continue to advocate for black folks' gun ownership. Especially black women. Gun safety is so important. Self-defense training can save your life. Nina is a black woman I follow on IG. She's a firearm instructor and has created a safe environment for other women to learn about gun safety.
I wore my new knee brace on yesterday run. My knee felt stable during and after. It had me so close to under 6 min/mile pace for a good min lol. I'm definitely gonna go after my 7+ mile distance i did a few weeks ago. I feel 10 miles is a bit ambitious for now but 8+ seems doable.

I here/see ppl get in arguments and the name calling is outlandish to me. Nah PAN or BAN i ain't 😭 I stand on the hill of you should never raise your voice or yell or disrespect your lady(kinks/inside jokes vary). Actually that goes for all women if you're a man but it was about relationship lol

A quick marinade bath 😭
A local artist traded me some odd objects for some of my art. One was a soup bomb. I assumed ”bomb” meant it was for the bath, maybe a little vegetal. My mom LOVES baths.

I've told cashier and ppl who work customer service not to worry about me. You will at least get a break when im in your line. It's never that serious. I hate ppl who are rude.
