Socialist who wants an end to the corporate-controlled corrupt political duopoly running the USA and replace it with a multi-party democracy. If that doesn't happen, then this country will collapse.
You mentioned the habeas corpus. When Obama was in office, he signed the NDAA bill, allowing the federal government to dispatch military forces to detain citizens indefinitely in December of 2014 when the bill was passed. His signing statement was pathetic.
