In French he says blowback not boomerang & it's about colonialism not imperialism in general. The idea is more like you didn't properly brace a weapon on your shoulder so you injured yourself, self-injuries accumulate as you fire. Something I'd like people to consider given the overt lying and propaganda regarding events in Minneapolis is that lies and propaganda have been peddled about AIM and the repression at Pine Ridge for decades now. Not to say everyone in AIM was perfect but that doesn't mean there haven't been lies.
A reign of terror by police at the Pine Ridge reservation in the '70s involved dozens of murders and assaults, including the murder of AIM leader Anna Mae Pictou Aquash.

Something I'd like people to consider given the overt lying and propaganda regarding events in Minneapolis is that lies and propaganda have been peddled about AIM and the repression at Pine Ridge for decades now. Not to say everyone in AIM was perfect but that doesn't mean there haven't been lies.
