Decided to try remodeling the body for my characters again. The current ones are very messy and not working properly. the big problem for me is I know the style I'm going for but I can't help but go too detailed. it's supposed to be a simplified style. here's a comparison #Blender3D #3DModelling

I heard this song on the radio about a month or so back and felt inspired to make this. Admittedly this is probably the only place this will be shared but yes I did fully render it out and fix most mistakes/errors I found despite that.

Yes I can draw, no im not perfect. Sometimes all it takes is motivation and an idea. Here are somethings I have drawn in the past however rarely do I ever draw and I cant do stuff like this on command.

I occasionally Draw (though I struggle with perspective and mostly sketches) I mainly use blender. Similar to them I poly model my stuff and add a subsurf modifier on top. (I like keeping everything low poly). Textures I make either in blender or in Paint.net, but mostly procedural nodes...
I work entirely in Blender, nothing external.
I don't sculpt + retopo, I just poly model.
UVing with Mio, texture painting with Ucupaint using Craft Reaper's brushes. Rigging with Rigify. Animation with SimpleFCurves and NBTools to control constraints. Audio w/ built-in Sequencer. That's about it.

honestly i understand if you dont want to share your magician tricks but what add-ons are useful if one looks to make what you make, sort of? you inspire me to try!

It'd be very Hypocritical of me not to admit I've played around with AI just a little. Yes I hate AI. Yes I want to shut it down, yes I want AI to fail.

So why does the internet act like someone saying 1 thing and getting 100's to 1,000's of replies counts as a conversation? It happens here on bluesky, youtube has it, most social platforms even reddit does this. 1 person speaks or asks a question and the responses act as part of a conversation.
