Hecho por Dopamine Dreams: Hipermobilidad (Ehler-Dahlos), síndrome de taquicardia postural ortostática (POTS), migrañas/dolores de cabeza crónicos, fases del sueño retrasadas/insomnio/dificultar para despertarse/"búho nocturno", dispraxia/dificultades propioceptivas/torpeza, tinitus(ruidos en el oído)/fotosensibilidad/hiperacusia/hipersensibilidad olfativa, al gusto o al tacto, disautonomía/inhabilidad para regular la temperatura corporal, astigmatismo/miopía/hipermetropía/estrabismo, problemas gastrointestinales (síndrome del intestino irritable, sensibilidad al gluten, frecuentes diarreas o estreñimiento, eccema/acné/exceso de crecimiento del vello, síndrome de ovarios poliquísticos/problemas de tiroides, menopausia temprana/menstruaciones irregulares, osteoporosis, asma, fibromialgia/fatiga crónica/dolor crónico, mala circulación/neuropatía periférica.

Descubro que en los shutdowns, me mantiene a flote ver arte (por lo menos aquí en los feeds de Bluesky).
Me leo las tecnicas de grounding de la psy y no tengo mucha fe porque no entiendo como pueden desactivar el shutdown...

Y un Trauma de mil cojones que se activa como un Tamagochi hackerado 🤦‍♀️
