It’s not that it’s the same at all, tbh the problem comes in IMO when they start saying some shit like “clanker lover” and “clanka” and shit. It’s whatever by itself but people are making it way worse than it should be. And it’s only white ppl on tt I’ve seen doing shit like that

THIS IS HUGE! An HIV PrEP drug candidate in the form of a ONCE-yearly intramuscular injection has been shown to BLOCK HIV infections AND participants achieved AND maintained protection ABOVE the 95% efficacy threshold for UP TO 56 WEEKS. Phase III trials are scheduled for later this year! 🧪🧵⬇️

likely to stay on the medication if they only need to take the medication twice a year, rather than daily oral doses which is a substantial advantage of Lenacapavir.

Pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, medications are sold as a daily pill under brand names Truvada and Descovy, as well as generic versions. Lenacapavir has shown to be remarkably effective (I previously wrote in-depth threads on their clinical trials) and it only needs to be given twice a year, which represents a whole new way of preventing HIV. Keep in mind, Lenacapavir has been studied and developed over nearly TWO DECADES.
