Even if you buy the ridiculous premise that these people were combatants in a war, they needed to be rescued after managing to not die, despite Hegseth’s demand that all occupants be killed.

Seems absurdly unlikely they sat there for 40+ minutes and "discussed what to do." My guess? Hegseth immediately told them to finish the job, and then they spent the rest of the time arguing about it. Maybe even Trump was called in.

CO, NY & NJ require constitutional amendments. NY & NJ can pass via legislature. CO would need a ballot initiative. Do it.
