my god im having some insane villager pulls on my new ACNH island

(not to mention a very petty grievance of mine, guy is trying to allude to the Wii era by using the font Continuum everywhere, which irrationally pisses me off because it's not the fucking wii logo font! people keep thinking it is, but it's not!!! the wii logo is bespoke lettering grahhhh)

helping translate a #playdate game in french is finding out the system font only supports ascii so it's impossible to have accented letters displayed in the system menu
lengthy strings also get truncated rather than scrolling which isn't great for a more verbose language 😅

i also stopped by the Star Birds booth, by @toukana.bsky.social , where i won a lovely pack of sticker after trying out the game (a space resource management game, in collaboration with @kurzgesagt.org)
sadly being a clumsy bunny, i managed to lose them which im really bummed out about :((((
