Cheerful, tall, and able to crush you in an arm wrestling contest, seems like a good TF for Mila to me!
Shortly after The Pirate's Fate came out I sketched out some what-if transformation ideas. Goat-Titan Mila was one of them. It was fun to come back and try making a more polished version of it.
