Since then I got packages from Russia to Israel (which actually arrive faster than mail within Israel does sometimes) and it's easy to do transfers to Russia, a lot of change kiosks would do "send directly to a bank card", or if not, there's koronapay. It's the sale to Russia that might be problematic but still only from EU/US and if exported directly if the fursuit would be considered a "luxury item". Usually the luxuries from EU are exported to Russia as "transiting to Qazaqstan". I myself seen luxury goods from Ireland to Italy in Russia.

I don't know that precise case but in general there's nothing restricting sales to overseas; the only difficulty that Russian bank card were banned and paypal&co kicked Russian citizens out (i still have my etsy&ebay permabanned), so there'd have to be a transfer (but easy if one is outside EU/US)

I'm still a britophile, I even managed to find marmite to try out (i didn't like it too much, but once in a while, on top of butter, i'd say it works).
