Shoutout to @patchworkgoblin.bsky.social for the prompt of Artist Vs Sona! I'm a little too tired to ramble about this one right now.
At the top, upside down, is a self-portrait of Bek (the artist) - Bek is a white, nonbinary person, with a wispy mustache, a tiny beard, a ponytail, and glasses, wearing a red button-down shirt over a grey tanktop. They are looking (from the viewer's perspective) up and to the right sheepishly, with one hand pressed to the back of their head and the other folded at the top of the screen. At the bottom, Bek's sona, Void, is mirroring their posture, only Void's hand is pressed to their cheek instead of cupping the back of their head. Void is also looking directly at the camera and smiling softly, although one eye is closed from where their face is smushing into their hand. Void is a more stylized character, with a fluffy purple ombre ponytail and purple brows, a mauve overshirt, and a tan undershirt; their skin is grey-textured black, with white stars on the "tops" of their limbs and forming a roan pattern on their neck, shoulders, and face.

made a vent art with a cover of "Eat Your Young" on in the background. took me a while to get the hands how I wanted them.
I'm ok (I'm not actually) and I'll be fine in the morning once I sleep*

*by fine I mean I'll have my filters back up and my "check engine" light disconnected again
two roughly-sketched hands, the one to the viewer's left holds a cup outlined in red with multiple cracks and one area filled in with red - the red area indicating an area of the cup where the smooth face has chipped away to reveal the rough porcelain below. The hand on the viewer's right is depicted wearing a standard artist's glove, missing the first two fingers and the thumb. The right hand holds a paintbrush that has a large foam ergonomic grip on it, and the tip of the brush is sketchily colored with yellow. Overall, the scene is meant to depict a repaired cup about to be treated with kintsugi, the japanese art of repairing pottery and marking the cracks and chips with golden pigment. Between the two hands is written "Gods, please don't break me again"
