I think you kinda just have to default to which vehicle took an illegal action, which would be unlikely for the waymo to do (one hopes).

Simply pretend to be bad at it

The driver seat is always unoccupied, and there are times when the car drives around empty. Therefore on average it holds fewer people on the road.

I'll probably have a similar thought to the first time a person did that

And a rocket is just a missile with a person on top.

They take up an entire cars worth of road space; and even if they weren't moving at all between passengers, they'd still carry fewer people on average than a car of a similar size.

I also think private vehicles are incredibly inefficient.

And so is any car with a GPS equipped. I'm well aware.

Rather take a bus anyways

Or people could like... Take part in state and local government elections so that those institutions operate in ways that benefit the people they serve.
