Did everyone survive the rain? These two needed some drying out from the only place in the workshop that leaked. One was the #homeassistant host and the switch. Both back up and working now tho thankfully

Am I wrong to totally ignore someone's phone and WhatsApp messages. She lives 80 miles away and only ever messages when she wants to park her car on our drive whist she is on holiday (we are about 20 mins from the airport) we then would need to probably get up at 4am to take her and pick up 😤

This eink display has been sat in my workshop on the big pile of projects to do for 12 months so decided today was the day. Its now linked to a #homeassistant dashboard to display whatever we decide. Just waiting for the stand to finish printing

So the hubby has made me go for a long walk and has taken a wrong turn. He tried to hide the fact. We managed to find a pub beer garden. Its kitchen is closed for a refurb and the car is 5 miles away

Spent the day building a new workbench for my new table saw and fitting a new diesel heater into the workshop whist watching old startrek episodesthat i had completely forgotten about. It felt like a brand new series. Feeling accomplished 💪
