Concurring with others who’ve said that blood is juice because it comes from a thing. I also have a theological question about the tea classification: is the presence of Jesus temporarily present and then removed, as would be custom for tea? I’d have thought it stuck around 👀

I was making a Claire Saffitz recipe today and she gave the tip of leaving the dish towel on the handle of the skillet to remind yourself that it’s still hot. Which was too late for me at that time but still useful I thought!
