It will be quite interesting if and when any Epstein files are released, and only the names of Dems and dem donors are unredacted. How will the AG/DAG explain their rationales (excuses) for new investigations and redactions are "information" AND "ongoing investigations", respectively? Good luck.

With the "new investigation", won't the AG state that they cannot legally release any information? This way the Rs can say "Hey we did our job. See we aren't hiding anything."

Great question. Perhaps the OLC is drafting a classified finding that states the US is not a party to ICC jurisdiction, so how could it be impeachable? Could Oona Hathaway and other international law experts weigh in on this one, please?

Exactly. Take control of the narrative. Go on every Sunday show and state the case. Send Sheldon Whitehouse or Dan Goldman to Fox, Joe Rogan, etc., and state the simple truth.

Having left IN a long time ago, I am not surprised given the current political climate. This sounds like a tracking and reporting method. Do they announce that the call will be recorded?

Perhaps introducing a law better defining the guardrails for invoking a "national emergency" would be a good idea? Misters Jeffries and Schumer can that be a priority?
