All too true. I have thousands of pictures since he was born (mix of iPhone, digital, film) and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

Realizing I may have missed the point of the whole thread, lol. But these are good photo books nonetheless! And both “Balls and Bulldust” have extended back sections that feature either an interview, or artist commentary.

Last one, it’s in the garage so I can’t take pictures of it at the moment, but Estevan Oriol’s “This is Los Angeles” is a beautiful b&w love letter to, and documentation of, LA. There’s also a great Netflix doc made by him called “LA Originals” that is worth a watch.
