I deleted my account yesterday after some conversations with friends about some of the terms. I’ll miss the queer people I followed on that app but these terms have gone far beyond the typical ridiculous ToS.
i say this as someone with at least a mild background in cybersecurity — tiktok is now trump/fedgov spyware. you need to delete your account and app ASAP. just because the app isn‘t open doesn’t mean they won’t be harvesting your personal data to target you. queer folx get the fuck off that app

I just had to leave for to go home for the 5th time in 3 weeks because I couldn’t access a bathroom. The building I work in does have 2 single stall gender inclusive restrooms but they’ve been occupied or locked every time I’ve checked them (and that’s been dozens of times.)
