today's body standard is utterly absurd and stupid according to me . obviously their are certain standard for healthy body governed by WHO and other government organisation based on in depth study but following media , commercials and internet influencers is a waste of time.

We aren't created equals we can surely create the right environment to uplift the poor section of the society but still we all aren't equal there will always be inequality in one form or the other and yea all lives don't have the same value sadly... I wish it was true but reality is very different

My main issue is WhatsApp which I don't wanna use and hate but have no choice as all people I am connected to and family all use whatsapp so have no choice, and 2nd is google photos which I use to store photos on cloud which gave me unlimited storage for pics and videos for free , so dependent on it

I use proton mail , drive and auth app .. also vpn sometimes

I have been using Linux for a few years as windows is not very efficient in my work flow and very bloated and shit ... Also trying to move away from big tech in whatever way possible but still dependent on few of their services which I haven't found a good alternative to yet .
