I'm a caregiver and with a few caregiving friends. We were strapped before and now it's even scarier. It's hard finding a job because there's few spots available, and if you're a marginalized person good fucking luck because you're seen as a lawsuit risk.
There's just a lot of reason for financial fear and for fear of what aging is going to look like in this country because of what's going on—All of these things are really causing a lot of fear for older adults and the family #caregivers that are already strapped and stressed providing that care

I hope I'm wrong but it seems that ever since Elden Ring FromSoft has been chasing trends to maximize their cash cows.
Aside from AC6 their quality on level design and story telling has dropped tremendously, and multiplayer games recycling assets for maximum profit does not bode well.

Either way, I don't think this is indicative of the future of FromSoftware, or a sign they've abandoned "real" Soulslikes, but more a studio known for going their own way just doing exactly that. I'm certain that there will still be something in these games that speaks to the same creative drive.

It just hit me that the Ringed City is literally an open air prison for indigenous peoples (the pigmies) guarded by a WMD in (Midir) that's physically cut off from the rest of the world.
