I don't buy a lot of figures these days, but 2 Lightning figures are coming out this year so of course I bought both because I love her. The first one arrived today, the other is due in March.

Car passed its MOT (I should hope so, it's almost 40k miles and I barely drive). Both front ones are worn, but of the rear ones has a cut, so I'm gonna have to replace all 4 at once 😭 I have been putting that off for like 2 years at this point though.

2025 was pretty bad ngl, especially over the summer. But there were some good moments inbetween times.
Caught the quilting bug thanks to a local sewing group, and even if I didn't manage to finish my 2025 quilt, I'm already planning a 2026 one.

Managed to use my very limited Japanese to get a train ticket for the time I wanted, which is great. Only now I'm stuck inside the station and can't wander outside, so probably could/should have got an earlier train.

The panic I just had when I thought I had left my passport at home because the sling it's in wasn't in my bag.

I've travelled on my own multiple times now, and yet I still get really anxious about travelling. Actually flying doesn't bother me, but I think airports do? And the general exhaustion from travelling.
Anyway, I am finding it hard to feel excited and I hope that changes soon.

I'm gonna have to put myself on a fabric buying ban until I've used some of this. I even have projects in mind for a bunch of it. The big pile is mostly large scraps to keep for patterning purposes.
