Iron Monkey: (Rewatched) it’s been such a long time since I’ve watched. it’s so classic Hong Kong shenanigans and cool fighting sequences. The story is also very Robin Hood. Love it.

Tombstone: My only issue with this movie is that he laid the ground work for some themes and never expanded upon them. Also a lot of characters moving in and out but other than that it’s so cool and stylish! Worth seeing.

Manhunter: Crime Noir always has a good baseline for me. This one just hits all the right notes. Dark, gritty, intriguing. Bravo:

Conclave: I like movies that talk about ideals and about our thoughts on ideas like faith. However, for all the good this movie does with the coolness I think it lacks in the deepness and nuance needed to fully realize itself. (Short version of my review)

Videodrome: The dangers of tv, the de-sensitization of violence, and the great use of storytelling to get us there. This movie had a lot of foresight for its time.

Episode 2/4: so apparently YouTube switched these episode so this really episode 2 and these cheese 4. Regardless this is alot of fun. Big fighting robots. I don’t think the action scenes are bad. As high level as cartoons ? Maybe not but still fun.

Episode 3: this the funniest episode so far. The contrast between the Regis mark-5 demeanor and how unserious these people are so funny. This is all happening while their trying to get a damn slushie 😂😂

Episode 2: We start off fighting cheese monster and then we end up on a car show. In this one we see Coop, Kiva, & Jamie come into their own. Fighting the Glorft again was whatever. Not as good as the pilot but still solid.

Megas XLR: Just went back and revisited this from my childhood. Episode 1 holds relatively well. It’s over the top but fun with solid action and has style to it. The use of music had some hit and miss moments but still lovely.
